Whenever you want to change your lifestyle remember to do it based on your wellness not because it's a trend. My "why power" was based on some digestive problems. I stopped consuming animals dairy and I reduced consuming animals meat, than I started noticing improvement on my digestive system. For this reason I've stopped consuming animals products and started to feel match better when I replaced animals peoducts by veggies, fruits,plants and seeds. What happened to my body? First thing I noticed in the first 3 weeks dissapearenss of the acne on my face and gradually my skin looked better. My energy encreaced , I stopped feeling lazy and sleepy after meals. It also improved my sleep. I started to sleep quickly and for seven hours unlike before I used to suffer from insomnia. Before switchinh to the vegan dight, I had to learn a lot about it, what to eat whats not. And how to keep my dight healthy and balanced. I learned how to get protein from plants and seeds. I think what made it easier for me is I started gradually I didn’t go vegan at once. Made my body adjest and get used to it. The negative side
It's very hard to go out with friend to eat because it's hard to find vegan food and if you ever do it's extremely expensive.
At work I had to explain to everyone why I bring my own food and what is veganism and why veganism…. I'm not sure if I'm going to continue on this dight but for now I feel good and my health is better .
