Ingredients:
Grated coconut (3s)
Flax seed (1s)
Broken almonds (3s)
Broken walnut (3s)
pumpkin seeds (3s)
sunflower seeds (3s)
oat flakes (one cup)
3 chopped dates or dry grapes
some dry berries (optional)
brown sugar ( 2s or more depends on taste)
Pomegranate syrup (1s)
Coconut oil (2s)
Sia seeds (1s) add it at the end when it's out of the oven.
Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl than spread the mixture in a tray.
Put on the oven on (pre heated) Stir the mixture every 3 minutes.
After it gets the golden color let it cool before you place it in a jar.
