Healthy recipe: Apple dessert
Ingredients:
2 big apples ( peeled and chopped)
1 tsp of cinnamon powder ( add more or less, choice)
2 tsp of honey ( add more or less, choice)
Water
Making:
In a pan, on a medium heat ad the chopped apples two the pan with half glass of water and the cinnamon. cover it for 2 minutes.
Every now and again check if it needs more water.
When the apples start to soften add honey and cover it for another 2 minutes.
As a next step, uncover the pan and let the apples caramelized with mixing it from time to time.
After it's nicely caramelized let it cool for a while. Then store it in a container in the fridge.
It expires after 5 days.

Use:
You can enjoy it as it is as a dessert.
Add it to your yogurt or parfait.
Add it as a sweet topping for your hot oat bowl.
Spread it on your toast or rice-cake for breakfast or snacks
